A tour is confirmed after deposit/full payment. Full payment must be made before the travel date. Rates are subject to change and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking is very important to the Nish Expeditions Limited family. Your booking is reserved
specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and
unavoidable. In event of cancellation, the following shall apply on the total cost;

NB : All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who originally placed the booking. The following cancellation fees apply
NB : If your deposit is higher than the listed cancellation fee, the higher amount will be retained. If only some members of your group cancel, additional costs—such as single-room supplements or adjusted transportation fees—may apply to those continuing the trip
Responsibilities
Clients must follow guide instructions, keep time, and take care of their belongings.
Nish Expeditions will deliver the tour as agreed and communicate any major changes.
Acceptance
All payments made to Nish Expeditions shall be deemed as acceptance of and compliance with all the terms and conditions stated above.
NB: No refunds or credit notes shall be given for cancellation made during the peak/ festive season.
Kindly note that this shall help to cater for the third-party expenses. In addition to our cancellation
policy the hotel cancellation policy will also apply.
